Custom commissioned lettering piece for Teacher Appreciation Day, as a celebration of Skillshare’s incredible teacher community, and a chance for Skillshare students to show their gratitude.

Design Process
I was given the saying ‘A good teacher can change everything’ to letter. The design brief included some references from my own body of work, based on which I sketched 6 thumbnail compositions. The approved sketch was then developed into refined illustrations in 9 different color variations, of which the final full-colored illustration was selected.
The final illustrated lettering piece was published on social media on Teacher Appreciation Day. Check out the Instagram post and don’t miss out to read the lovely comments from grateful students.
